Tik Tok views stuck? Changed algoritm? More questions than answers

Warm up is the key. Re-warm up too.
Before you post videos, watch, search for 15-20 minutes videos in your niche to tell algorithm to what audience it should show your videos.
Re-warm up every next upload is also changing a lot.

Most of people are spamming videos on freshly created accounts without even watching videos of different people, without likes, without following.
Also in general niche, they just scroll FYP for few minutes or not scrolling at all.
On fresh account, try to use search engine for your niche, follow, like, full watch until your main FYP change completly to your interest. Then upload videos using tags.
Forget about tags: "fyp foryoupage"

For example when you push video with dog toys, use:
#dogs #shihtzu #toys #dogtoys and try to put some description before tags.

This is necesary because testing audience.
If you show "dog toys" to people who are interested in memes, avengers, or something else, your audience will not like your video and TikTok is going to burry that

But it's working. Even with my guys. Most of them are not doing any warm up, even I force them to do that. One clever guy came once to me and he described. He was training FYP for first day, then he uploaded videos and results were much, much bigger.
Especialy watch time. More likes, more follows and TikTok gave him more than 10k views compared to 200 views before.

Reason is simple. TikTok pushed their video to random audience like blind ads and audience not liked it ;)

I have been preaching training the FYP for months - probably first mentioned it in March but no one believed me. The way you explained it makes it a lot easier to understand though :)

Do you believe these guys do any warm up?

They posted 3 videos at once, then after 3 days posted one more, then after 4 days one more video then after another 4 days another video. They have a sticker saying "Israel" (milking the trending topic I guess) and their own sound, so what can we learn from this, I'd love to do spam like that, haha.

No, but Israel hashtag and sticker done it ;)
It's pure evil ^^

Also warm up can take 1 hour, it was enough he was watching Israel videos and switched FYP
