Can anyone recommend some tier 2 link building services they have used on/off BHW before? Trying to boost the PA of some of my guest posts.

You might lose those guest post links if you try and "boost" them. Most legitimate guest post prohibit building links to them. You can probably use social media to link to them. But don't use what most people think of as tier 2 links

I don't suggest you do that as someone above said if they see you're spamming the guest post it will probably be taken down

post in hire freelancer section you may get some good provider
