I heard from many forums, and many people say that the tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 link buildings.



What does it mean? What is the difference?



And also some of the SEO people say that use the blog commenting software for tier 1 type?



Can you help by explaining it simply and easily? So that I can understand.

Tier1 links point to your site
Tier2 links point to Tier1 links
Tier3 links point to Tier2 links
etc...
You don't want to point rubbish links to point to your site but you want the links juice from those links so you use tiers as buffers.
 
Tier link building is like a pyramid structure. The best links should point to your money site and more quantity of other links should be pointed to the Tier 1 links and so on.
 
Tier 1 means links that point directly to your site
Tier 2 means links that point to tier 1 links
Tier 3 means links that point to tier 2 links
...
and so on...

In general, you will want the best links on the market (which, at the moment, are quality PBNs, quality guest posts, quality niche edits, and foundation and social media links) to point to your site, while all other types of links (web 2.0s, lower quality PBNs, lower quality guest posts, bookmarks, wikis, article directories, low quality .edu / .gov links, etc.) you want to point to your tier 1 links to boost their authority and to help index them, which in return will boost your own website's authority.
 
Tiered linkbuilding is creating backlinks to your backlinks. This passes link juice from one layer to another. Tier-1 links point to your main site, Tier-2 links point to your Tier-1 links, and so on. For example, if you create a blogspot post with a link to your site, it'll initially have 0 authority and won't help your site in anyway. If you create backlinks to this blog, it'll gain authority and pass link juice to your money site. Most people usually place junk like automated links at the end of the pyramid on Tier-3 or Tier-4. These links powerup top layer to eventually pass link juice to your site.

I wanna knowTier 2 and Tier 3 do not directly point to my moneysite, it's point to tier1, does that 2&3 even count as my moneysite 's backlinks?
 
In my experience quality tier 1 links will generate tier 2s and 3s and so on automatically, there is no need to focus on them at all. But like previously said its like a pyramid hierarchy structure, the closer to the top the more juice you get from a link.
 
Tiered link building contains high and low quality links over , hence it involves the strategy like tier 1 quality links then over them low quality links to support them as tier 2 and tier 3 , this increase indexing rates and authority of the tier 1 url and gives huge significant boost over !
