Tier 1 keyword dilution suggestions

I've been building my tier 1 manually with mainly articles/web20s but I need to dilute my anchor keywords. All the juice is flowing through my contextuals so I want them KW heavy. This leaves me needing a large number of other backlinks to my money site for dilution. Web20s are to much of a PIA to make in large numbers and I cant believe it would appear natural to big G. What other types of backlinks are relatively safe to build to a money site. I would prefer automated, but I will do it manually if needed. Are there any types of links I should avoid all together? I'm really just after dilution here.

Reach out to other sites in your niche and get a guest post on their site. Manual do-follow comments on relative articles are also good for tier 1.

And if you know how to build one, PBNs are super powerful for tier 1.
