Should i give free ebook first and focusing on low cpc keywords and collecting emails > then sending cold mails with offers
or
should i focus direct product keywords higher cpc and sending traffic direct to offer page with prelander without free ebook

I was buying cheap domain extensions such as .online, .xyz. I don’t know if it still works or no..

other than this I used to have a message popping up whenever the visitor is about to close the tab, that message used to work as a bait telling them that they could get 20% off on the product if they buy it today.

and only run ads for Desktop audience, its the one that converted best for me.
