1) If you will run ads (in Google Ads) for your main website (domain), regularly or even not regularly from one single Google Ads account, then your main website (domain) is good to go forever, in Google Ads (exception is if by any chance your website violates Google Ads policies, multiple times and gets flagged).
2) If you will be using multiple Google Ads accounts, then it is suggested not to use your main website, but rather buy domains and create a landing page (website) and for this, and to get higher chances of success, each time, it is better not to copy/paste one landing page to another, otherwise a circumventing suspension hammer will arrrive soon (each time).
(Ofcourse, circumventing suspension has hundreds of other reasons too).
2) if not What are the alternatives other than making a landing page ?
In my point number 2 above, there is not alternative to buying domains and create a landing page (website)
3)Is there any way that we can see if our page or website is blacklisted with Google ?
The only way to know is : If, while creating a campaign, a message similar to "You can no longer advertise this domain (website) in Google Ads blablabla" appears, then one knows that particular domain (website) has finally got flagged (banned) from being advertised in Google Ads.

So, for various issues, the WORST possible thing to do is to directly contact Google Ads support.
