Thoughts on Crpytomus?

I have seen them around but there are some scam complaints on Reddit. Is it really just one dude running a site from his bedroom? I contacted their support and it may be unmaintained as I got one reply and then they stopped replying.

Anyone familiar with Cryptomus? Are they legit?
want peace of mind? run your own nodes and code your own processing solution - a la darknet marketplaces.

else, make oeace you might get rug pulled one day

I don't understand the fascination for Cryptomus - they charge 2% when most of their competitors charge 1% or less. In addition, their support doesn't speak proper English which is not very helpful.
You can negotiate lower fees with Cryptomus – they can go down to 0.4% from 2%. You can even set different fees for different coins. That's how I roll. And about lower fees elsewhere – that's BS. Places with lower fees usually screw you on the exchange rate. With Cryptomus, I get the real-time exchange rate. Plus, I can swap crypto within the wallet to any other coin with zero network fees or any fees at all. And withdrawals are 0% too.

I suppose if you need to use their internal conversion or swap service it makes sense. I pay less than 1% for processing and conversion.

I have come to the conclusion that Cryptomus it is better to ask questions via a ticket in my personal cabinet. Answers come faster. And in general, I am personally satisfied with everything in the work of the platform.
Yes also worked for me. Just use the Chat. Sometimes they reply later via email.
