Prevention is better than cure and they happen to be in the profession of treating illness, through what ever means is prescribed in their country any given time. They are not in profession of preventing illness/infection.
 
Keep calm, only 58 people died so far from it.
Put in perspective, on average 3,287 deaths a day in the world from car accidents. It will burn itself out by spring when the weather is nice. Get a big bottle a vitamin c and some cold medicine always wash your hands,and call it good.

Is it possible that fasting can help with the virus? Fasting helps in keeping inflammation at a low level.

I'm no doctor, but if fasting isn't a cure, at least it COULD help with inflammation and actually help the body heal itself ?!
 
Okay here are my two cents since I stay in China pretty often:

I am really not wondering why this is happening. Why? Because the many people have no awareness, no hygiene. They eat everything, like bats, rats, mouses etc. and where do they eat it? In some very disgusting environment.

this hygiene aspect is killing it. Just a few weeks ago I had one guy in the supermarket selling meat. He would touch his nose, then his phone and then the raw meat before selling it to customers. It was unbelievable for me.

I dont even want to talk about the fact the people are spitting everywhere and so on.

I really hope they understand and learn how important it is to be clean, to have hygiene and some awareness.

Or don't eat meat at all :) Just go vegetarian for some time

Yes. This. Reminds me of the sars breakout shortly before their economic boom which was a result of incredibly poor hygienic practices - having sewage pipes of the working class apartments running through kitchens. Literally leaking shit into peoples kitchen workspaces. Nasty.

I second the notion of vegetarianism. Perosnally I think throwing live dogs on to barbecures is a perfect grounds for swift karmic repercussions.

Gg think promoting your propaganda got you banned, I agree regarding the dogs but other stuff you said is pure ignorance, we can't beat down a culture just by judging their eating habits.

Its certainly global. There already at least 50 infected people in usa and there are single cases in other countries as well. Once there is one person infected, he infects next 20. You guys dont understand how serious it is. A lot of people die and considering how many countries already had its first infected people, it will only spread further not only these countries are endangered but also it will spread to every country that exists.
Theres not a single country that isolated infected person before he infected others.

Also virus comes from bioweapon labs in wuhan, it was made specifically to be deadly and fast and it certainly is
 
I just saw some more videos on Liveleak. Its really hard what to think of this. The vids make it look very creepy and serious, the numbers are making it harmless. When 80 people in a 1.5 billion country die its not really a big deal. I mean, how many people die in a car crash there eery day? Maybe more than 80.

another aspect is the chinese society: so many people are just selfish, they would easily risk other people life just to protect themselves or for their own advantage. Its a very toxic society, no one helps each etc. and exactly in these times you need a good working society, where people can work out problems together.
