This is the reason why I like Amazon business style

I'm looking forward if Amazon will step up to a next level doing the business and stay more independent from giant like google, but since the rise of apes like wal-mart they need more ground breaking ideas and buy more assets.

Customer support is usually to tired to handle this type of conversation. By tired I mean not enough sleep, overloaded and overworked. Usually handles more than one customer at the time...

but Amazon has some really cool customer support. I wish other companies followed in their footsteps.
