Isn’t multitasking kinda (human) nature? Stuff happens simultaneously everywhere at all times. If it effects you you deal with it. If it doesn’t you typically ignore it.
There are lots of shortcuts but almost none for determination and experience. Putting in the time while learning to work smarter is IMO the only true way to (almost) guaranteed long term success. My overall take on this (and life):
