This is how Google is being abused in December 2023 ‍

I always believed when something is too good could be a lie or might have more difficulties that we might believe still is worth to check it out.

That's insane. This is why I don't care what Google says to the webmasters. We should keep finding such loopholes or we won't be able to sustain for long.

  1. The root domain has a 302 (temporary) redirect to Google.com

This is not the complete truth behind it. Recheck again. The content is cloaked.

What I don't understand is, why the subdomains would have any value...

It might be that subdomains are not considered a different domain (or just not completely) anymore as most people believe but profits from authority of the main domain.

That's exactly my point. I don't think the only thing those sites do is redirect the main domain to Google. Surely there are other pieces missing from this puzzle.

It's not really a puzzle, not for me at least, I mean I am looking at the source file and know whats going on. The only part what I don't get is why Google does what it does.

I have found loads of these domains when searching for one of my niche dating sites, they seem to scrape a little bit of content and maybe spin it a bit, but when you click on the link it just takes you to a generic dating site (probably a dating smartlink).

This is just one I found at #7 in the SERPS for dating (highly competitive niche).

When I try and go to the root domain I just get the Cloudflare error page ( Error code 522) - I guess this doesn't mean it's being redirected to Google.com?

When you site:domain.com there are over 22,000 results, so obviously must be using to script/bot to achieve this in such a short space of time.

But still very impressive indeed!

and Google Search Central and John Mueller are bullshitting on twitter

Many new domains are getting hundreds of thousands of organic traffic a month, and their process is quite interesting...

  1. The root domain has a 302 (temporary) redirect to Google.com
  2. Many subdomains are created and spammed with Al generated content
  3. These subdomains start ranking quickly, and backlinks aren't even a priority

~ What we're seeing here is not only how EEAT signals are seemingly flawed, but also that sheer volume of content in some cases does bring in quick results (even with a complete lack of credibility behind it).

Are strategies like this sustainable? Probably not.

Are they bringing in lots of revenue now for many people? Absolutely.

Enjoy, take action and go live!
Would love to chat more about this. Sent a DM

Thanks for exposing this.

I wonder what the shelf life of this will be.

I suppose if you're going to be using a FULLY AUTOMATED system, this might yield a positive Return On Effort

Isn't this doable with Wordpress MU (Multisite) together with an Autoblogging plugin?

i believe this has nothing to do with the redirect thing.

some of my colleagues are doing this . i dont know deeply but its mainly focus on structure of the site.

redirecting main domain means nothing.

i think i just saw something like this being talked about on twitter as well, the main domain was being redirected to google and instead of sub domains the sub pages were being ranked

No matter what you do, it will only last a few days or weeks. Don't waste your time and build meaningful projects. Stop fucking Google.
