a friend of mine showed that to me. but is not sharing what and how he did that.
I can only guess he is uaing adword invoicing consolidated acc.
I am using only normal vcc and vba acc with threshold of 350 but I want to know what exactly did he used?

He probably has paid couple of times, and so his billing limit increased, and google gives a threshold upto $2.5k until you pay the bill.

350$ and 500$ is not a big difference for churn and burn. Most of them get banned before you use all your credits.

So basically with consolidated invoicing account the accounts are more stable and with a high threshold, correct?
