This https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaelmurrayseo has emailed about a dozen SEO agencies over the past week (the stupid fuck is spam emailing any email he can scrape or buy)...it has been a running joke for a while...

He claims "ANY CITY, ANY KEYWORD, PAGE 1 OF GOOGLE IN 24 HOURS OR LESS"

Troll him. You will laugh your balls off.
