Have been testing this since launch - For example the Outrank article prompt if you were to compare that with the top competitor for the kw you can quickly notice that the word count will most of the time need to be manually increased, can't find kw in TITLE+H1, and the keyword/entities density was way off. So yes it's a very good extension that can help but you would still need to know SEO and how to properly optimize on-page to get the results. It's not a copy/paste and done thing.
Also you can combine prompts like blog title generator - blog article outline - and one of the blog post writing prompts and add to it the results from the prompts used before.
 
That extension is really powerful. Fair play to the devs that coded it. Ongoing modules added to it as well - gets better and better.
