The ad itself has text on more than 20% of the picture.
And I think it's illegal to advertise such stuff.

How could it even get accepted. Today my ad was rejected and it was just a t-shirt with text only. The review process is weird.

I think some ads get automatic approval without a Manual review, if an ads looks suspicious, that's when they place it on a manual review, but I think he escaped that
But with time, it'll be detected and blocked

If I don't get the ad approved for too much text I just blur the whole image a little and it gets approved every time. Since the majority of ads get mobile views the quality is not a problem. Never had an issue, but you do have to spend more than $10/day to afford to do a lot of things on FB

Here's what they do to fool Facebook. It's a bit expensive, but they use cloakers as well as throwaway Facebook accounts to beat the risk.
So when they submit their ads for approval, Facebook sees something that is complaint and abides by their rules. But what is actually going to be shown to Facebook users is going to be different such as the example given.
That's how ALL the Facebook gurus earn their money - by using cloakers and using multiple Facebook accounts, because Facebook does catch on with each cloaker after some time. By that time they have a new cloaker and a new Facebook account.

Put the text in bright colors. After that, make the whole picture, blur a little. That's how you trick the text-picture ratio.
