Your server configuration is quite good to keep hold of 25 sites, but first thing you need to take care is the traffioc of those sites. If the number of visitors is low, then you can be have 50 sites in your server, there are cases in which server with same configuration wil get crashed due to a single site overloaded with traffic.

I have requested a server from OVH but they still need to approve it. Sent them my ID and proof of my address. Takes way to long IMO. I was expecting it to be done in 1 hour or so. :-( Anyway lets see tomorrow.

I wanted also to take VPS from shark but their page is unavailable ATM. Already messaged them via BHW.

Mate just hook it up to cloud flare and let them deal with the traffic load. You can run it on a Raspberry pii then

you can also consider managed WordPress hosting also it will be costlier than shared hosting but will better.

Anything you run cached will help such as varnish or mem cached as long as you have the ram tl do it.
