Honestly much depends on what you want to do with your bots AFTER creating them... It's much more a matter of use cases than features of these different products at "macro" time.
If you plan on redistributing/selling you NEED a product that can compile an exe. So AutoIT or uBot are BETTER options. Yeah you could sell templates (there's market places for each framework), but the margin of profit is definitely not the same.
I played with almost all of the automation frameworks and, honestly, if you don't consider redistributing your bots you'll be able to do the same things you do commercial products even with Selenium or iMacros for FREE.
And let's face it, as soon as you learn a few lines of code, there's no automated tool that can compare to that. Also if you are into coding, I'd highly recommend having a look at WatiN (.net) and WatiR (ruby) to have an edge on the little toys sold around.
If you're up for one of these toys, I'd pick the one with the least learning curve in order to start profiting as fast as you can. But, hey, that's just me
