As always, stay under the radar. I profited about $12000 for selling ipod replicas in one week. The auction clearly stated they were not Apple iPods but nevertheless, my account was terminated. Thank goodness, I received the money, but believe me you don't want the stress.

As for the Big Brother tactics you outline in your post, from a legal point of view, it is a request you can ignore and you can tell them to get stuffed. You will get banned anyway, if caught, and have to start a new account, but they have no right to ask such questions, especially as you say you never sold anything.

Contrary to popular belief most people will buy replicas as long as they can not tell the diffrence. 4.) Always dropship NEVER and I repeat NEVER ship things to your home. The first reason is because it makes it easier to clear customs the second reason is if u get to big for your britches Nike or whoever will be looking for u.
However they will have to prove that your trafficking counterfeit goods...that's really hard to do the goods were sent from another country directly to the customer. Last but not least make sure its ok for your supplier to accept returns if customers have problems this will make your life much easier.
