Thesis v1.8.5 help?

I just can't seem to get the changes I've made to show up. I'm trying to widen the width in the design option, something which I've done many times before, but for some reason, it's just showing the changes, the header change also seems to be affected. Can't seem to change the header no matter what.

I've tried all the usual suspect such as de-act plugins, reinstall theme etc, but it ain't working, it's driving me nutz!

Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT: and yet again, by itself, 15 mins later, the changes took effect. Anyone whose is familiar with Thesis know why this happens?
