Terrible experience for this hosting after 3 days of use. Support terrible cant help you out with anything. I asked for a refund, didn't get money but my hosting was already dead! You are paying 16.99$ for a domain from Namecheap that's 8.88$. They are ripping you off.

A refund was processed before your reply here, I am sorry that you are unhappy from our support but please believe me its really difficult to explain to you how to manage a cPanel hosting, you were getting an issue of uploading a plugin, and you have been guided how to fix it, and then you were getting an other error which was the link is expired, the things like this are usually managed by developers hosting cant do anything in that,
and as far as domain is concerned we are not forcing anyone to buy a domain from us, as we protect client's identity and we do not pass client's information related to payment & IPs to domain registries, seems that you are new to all this stuff and you dont know how it works.
In the end i am sorry again on behalf of our support they didnt help you out in your website development related issue. Staff is short due to Covid-19 and due to overload they usually stick to the hosting related issues only.

and If I buy 20 .com - domains with your service that would be 203,88 USD per year
so in total 287,28 USD per year right? and bandwidth is unlimited right?
