theglobe.net is it negative seo

In the last two weeks my site has received 300 or so backlinks from theglobe.net. I have requested the backlinks be removed through their contact us and now the registrants email. Each backlink is from a unique domain - there is only 1 link but a 0 Trust from Majestic. When I look at the site/s there is just a page but also an option to buy pages domains (up to a million).
Have any of you guys come across this site?
Is it negative seo?
How would they have got my domain to backlink too?

The backlinks are not indexed, so nothing to worry, we are currently discussing it with Majestic devs.
