Ok so if your talking to someone on Skype wanting to do business, in my case I was talking to the user @TheDutchLegend

He tells me he has cracking Instagram aged accounts and proxies, so he keeps on and asks me how many accounts, I say 10 he gives me the price, AT NO POINT DID HE SAY HE DOES NOT HAVE THE ACCOUNTS.

So going ahead he sends me a PayPal invoice, I pay him for the accounts, now all of a sudden I have to wait 5 days for the accounts. I assumed that as he kept on about having accounts, that they would be there ready for me?

Anyone else experienced a shit service from a shit kid? I'm not being impatient, as if I was told prior to purchasing, I wouldn't be so annoyed, it's just he gave me the impression I would have the accounts upon payment.

He has a few thread all over the Instagram subforum, I found his Skype when he posted it replying to someone about pva accounts.

I also have the Skype logs showing how he never mentions he hasn't got the accounts yet and that I have to wait 5 days after payment, want me to post them?

I noticed a moderator closed one of his threads as he was found to have been selling accounts etc when he wasn't supposed to be, can't find that thread atm though

The guys a bit of a fool to be honest and I think he is actually trying to completely scam me, it's only £20 but it's the principle.

Accounts get suspicious activity when I login using the supplied proxies, accounts are garbage.

No correspondence from him on Skype, he has sent me 10 accounts, when using the proxies I purchased off him, out of the 10 so far the 5 that I have tried all have email PVA upon login which is stuck in a loop.

This happens on most occasions when an account is banned or to be banned. On very few occasions have I seen an account recover from this only if it's an Instagram email pva error which they fix, but haven't heard of that being the case at the moment.

I can confirm that only 2 accounts work, 5 have no user existing and the other 3 do not login even after multiple attempts of trying to bypass the email PVA loop.

Seller does not respond to my Skype chats requesting a refund.

Just to update, one of the accounts was previously used/sold to a different customer, as it had 3500 following, I'm assuming the accounts he sold me which don't even exist were also another customers, which the username/emails have now been changed.

He is ignoring me on Skype, so this confirms he has scammed me.

Well i don't know from which part you conclude that the accounts i have not at stock, but it is clearly wrong since i have them 100% and you are not even giving a normal argument? When you accuse somebody please also give information.
While you are using abusive language in place of that you can just try to explain something nicely and understandable.

First of all it was not all of a sudden. I have clearly mentioned all the TOC at the invoice and because of certain cirumstances it can take up to 5 days.
Can be because of different reasons. Health, weekend, vacation, out of stock. Many different reasons. While using your abusive language which you don't screenshot here
you can try to understand someone and read the agreement before paying the invoice since it is your responsibility to do not mine.

Which accounts don't work, what is the status of the accounts, what exacytly is the issue that you face. You need to report me in order to me provide replacement.
How can you expect from somebody to replace something while you not provide him with any information which accounts dont work.

Any accounts which is not working will get replaced by the seller if he buyer provides the information about the which accounts that were not working.
This actions were never taken by the buyer so the seller can't know which accounts needs to be replaced and which one needs to stay and why they need to replace it and which issues the accounts are facing.

We would be gladly to replace any accounts which were not delivered in good state if the buyer gives a clear information
about which accounts were not working and which one were. But this hasn't been done so the seller can't do anything with this information
since the provided information isn't even argued by facts ex: which accounts were not working,etc etc i am not going to repeat myself

The disgust to have contact with this buyer is real. He uses almost in every sentence abusive language, who does that? But still since i am a quality service provider

You haven't contacted me about that and so you haven't provided any proof of the accounts not working to the seller and even information. When you scam people, as you are clearly doing, it's extremely frustrating, anyway I have placed a claim in with PayPal, I don't want the replacements, I want my money back and you banned to prevent further people being scammed by you.

In regards to you needing more information off me what accounts aren't working etc, YOU sold me these accounts, which were clearly on existent or USED.

Please see the attached screenshots of you clearly ignoring me and NOT ASKING FOR INFORMATION.

You login and check for yourself, don't expect the customer your scamming to go out of their way to send you details you already have.

@daff did post the accounts in a PM with the 2 of us and this is the ensuing conversation. I did not want the account info public as that could cause more issues than are currently on the table.

Awkward because my old PayPal is limited so checked out as a guest, the email I used is an old one, but I have been cc'd into the updates, as of yet there isn't an update. The 2/3 accounts that do actually work, he can keep he has the accounts and even the email & passwords for them even the email so just want my refund.

Yep, I've already done this on the 16th of October. Will give PayPal a call tomorrow to see if there is any update with this, as I said as I checked out as guest so it's awkward as I don't actually have an account to login to check for updates with the claim.

@TheDutchLegend - I'm still waiting to see you post your agreement in here.

He was accord with it. So basically he was going to ask for a replacement when any account was banned. But did he do that? No? But he was gone accord with it? Soo...? In place of a refund he should be not make any claim or dispute, he should want a replacement? @BassTrackerBoats

As i see i am not the only one hijacked by this guy with the same pattern, lucky for me i was live when my accounts went from normal to invalid credentials, and i managed to save 20+ and lose only one. When i confronted him on skype he quickly slapped me with TOS, but i did not ask for a refund, just for a bit of help to inquire what is happening. All I asked is to help me trace what/why is happening this.
That tos=0. He does nothing in those days, your acc. are growing etc, after the terms expires BUM, or a few days later. So your chances are clearly high to buy a "reused" account. Not to mention that he has same behavior on other forums and when ppl complain in his sell post he quickly covers the reply's with daily "up's".
With this reply i mainly wanted to help OP, by letting him know his case is not singular. If needed i can provide p screens of my story to mods, with complete side of my story.

No its from skype with him, a few minutes after my accounts went to invalid credential and this one, "had the chance" to change all the credential.It is well known that the Original Owner can recover any account he owns via creation mail so changing pass or email is just a "seller excuse" to you that your account was not well protected. This is a risk that we will take every time we purchase accs. but sadly for him from my 4 or 5 sellers he is the only one with this problems, and as you well know this case here is not an isolated one.
As you can see the "TOS" push bothered me, as I never asked for it, also that push was just dust in the eyes since the purchase was 3-4 weeks before incident.


To legend: I told you even on skype ( i can P screen that also) that what you are doing is wrong and it gonna HAUNT you and I'll be there to vouch for every guy who has this problem with you.

The TOS about 5 days delivery etc was within the PayPal invoice "TOS" this was never mentioned on the Skype chats days and the minutes before I sent the payment.
He's basically gone from doing shitty business to scamming me by sending me used, shitty accounts and not only that the proxies (x10) are no longer working, but that's probably cause I'm causing all this hassle.

It's only £20, but it's not about that, it's the principle this guys pissed me off by doing business like this, at first it was sly but now he's scammed me.

Since i don't want to go through all this hassle and i got better things to do then this and i am in a good mood. I will refund you.

Still i want to make sure that everything is clear for you. I would happily replace any inactive accounts with a good working one. And next time i am going to make sure that i am going to do business with people who can read normal facts and agreement. And know that when they pay they accept certain terms.

Also for all sellers be aware that this guy is not a serious buyer and don't do business with him. When something is not ok for him, he will change his personally completely. Try to threaten you, use abusive language, charge back without a notice and then think that everything is ok.
