DR Resolved @thedarkknight07 vs @awsguy

I scammed out of 3499 USDT by @awsguy. After finding his listing, I couldn't PM him as a new member, so I messaged him on the telegram account from his sales thread.

He offered me a $25,000 AWS credit account for $3499. When I asked about escrow, he refused but said I could verify the account first through anydesk. I connected to his anydesk session and everything looked legitimate. After verification with anydesk, I sent the full payment 3500 usdt-trc20 to his wallet: TVa2ctpn21N6TYTDNGroLzS7BjbBWAkFLZ on July 4th. transaction link

After I sent confirmation of the transaction, he didn't reply for a couple minutes, and then a few minutes later he cleared our entire telegram conversation history.

I've tried reaching him through multiple channels. As instructed by BHW Support,I posted the 48hr notice on his sales thread as Support advised (since I can't DM as a new member). The sales thread comment got removed but Support said staff can still see it. Support confirmed these posts are visible to staff and told me to open the dispute with everything else I have.
The attached screenshots show our entire interaction. His Telegram bio ironically states "This telegram is only for post-purchased support" - yet he vanished right after getting paid.
I need a full refund of my $3499. I believed this was legitimate because he allowed me to verify the account before payment, but he clearly never intended to provide access after receiving payment.

Information For The Accused
@awsguy , you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Please bear in mind Dispute Resolution section rule #4 before responding.

Before Presenting my proofs, @thedarkknight07 please post a video proof of the transaction, open your wallet/exchange and go to the trx history and open the detail page of the said trx please. you can hide/blur the personal info. No screenshort need, a video would be enough if you can't post publicly than sent it to me on BHW PM and the Mod.


Anybody can doctor the telegram chat screenshot, so its better a screen recording of that.

@awsguy U got the nerve to ask for video proof after scamming me?? The transaction was sent thru fixedfloat exchange where I had to convert other crypto to USDT TRC-20 to send to YOUR wallet. The timestamps on everything match up perfectly.
I'm not sharing ANY of my personal info with a fraud like you. I'll send all video proof to the admins.
And yeah if I don't get my 3500 USDT back I'm filing a police report for crypto fraud.

Post the URLs without the .com at the end.

Tried removing .com but still got same error, maybe something else in the text triggered that.

I just noticed @awsguy removed his telegram from his sales thread right after scamming me! He knew exactly what he was doing. Admins please help me get my 3500 back from this fraud.

That is not the impersonator that contacted me.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.
