I don't know in other countries, but here (Latin America) there are many reports of instability on Instagram, Facebook and especially Whatsapp today.

Every month there is a problem of instability in the social networks of the Zuckerberg Empire...

The ad policies are garbage for the customers who have their privacy invaded and for the honest advertisers who are blocked without explanation.

I hope there are promising new social networks coming up...Fuck Zuckerberg Empire

Poetic and beautiful in theory, but there are millions of people who live far from their families and thousands more who depend on the ads for work...

As a young person, I am fascinated by how the internet used to be before Zuckerberg ruined it. I still like Reddit and sites like these as instead of seeing content for content sake, it is much easier to learn and find things that you want to see instead of Google and Facebook purposefully trying to make you believe thoughts based upon an algorithm.
 
Funny how some people of BHW quote Zuck Elon and other very successful persons and negate their work.

There must be some difference in between.
 
For a trillion-dollar company, they sure have a lot of instability. Microsoft is just as bad.

Have you looked at TikTok, Snapchat or Twitter? Plenty of alternatives. Or try Gab if you want something new.

I am not negating their work by talking down on them. In fact, they are able to easily sway masses of people however they like. Facebook was built for "normies" and by creating Facebook, a new way of advertising was invented based on collecting so much information about a person that you can target their beliefs and emotions based off algorithms. That is very impressive.
 
It's not about instability it's about censorship. Fb and twitter are hiding all the true informations and only shitty ones are getting through. Plus they ban doctors, politicians, who tell the truth.
And people believe what they read on those social networks...
We need to fix their ass asap or they will control everything with their lies.
 
I think the world needs to be nuked back to the stone ages where everyone lived each day by day.

You can have as many "new" social networks as you want. Facebook was fantastic from 2006 to 2012 and then they sold themselves. Today it is just a money-making and propaganda network.

So you could come up with a new idea, new features, etc. for your own social network and you know what will happen?
Either Facebook is simply going to buy your network by offering an amount of money you won't refuse or they will simply take your features and implement them themselves. Example? Look at YouTube or Instagram, which turned into some kind of TikTok themselves. Or Facebook and YouTube who also turned into some kinda Twitch.

Politicians claim that we have free speech but do nothing when companies created to control our lives take it away from us. Half of the jobs on clickworker are made to train AI how to sensor opinions and what to censor.

I think what we really need is peace & quiet & some real privacy. No one except the people who actually matter know us, should talk to people who we want to talk, go places without showing it off, smile, laugh & feel the world around us.
