The same effect can be achieved by eating sour cucumbers or sauerkraut which contains also millions of positve bacteria based on fermentation.

You think farma is going to offer sauerkraut and sour cucumbers or why are they selling the artificial created pills for 6000 pounds which insurences have to pay ?

I think you misunderstood the NHS. Insurance is not required unless you want to go private.

What probiotics cost £6,000?

When I lived in the UK i had a prescription for probiotics to go with my antibiotics after an intense case of tonsillitis. Cost me about £5.
