The issue is, is that india thought they had the virus under control, with the health minister, acting like a billy big dick about it, now it's came and hit them on the ass. It's surging out of control with 200k dead! The issue is, they have been caught with there pants down and there people are paying for it. They exported a fuck ton of the vax, now they have left themselves short.

Our positivity rate and deaths were in steep decline and we never went off lockdown or mask mandates. They started jabbing en masse with Pfizer and Moderna and eventually JJ. Nearly 1/3 of our population - not just adults, but total population have received the full course of the jab. Our cases and hospitalizations are through the roof! There have been deaths from the jab and MANY breakthrough cases. They even admit the breakthrough cases, but say it's GREAT and to be expected! Of course they say that, since they want everyone to get the jab. Thing is, with a simple grab of the calculator we can see that the death rate of the "breakthrough" cases is 42% higher than the average pre-jab.
