I am setting up scrapebox, xrumer, FFAP, LFE and tweet attacks all on the same windows dedicated host. (I've confirmed all these can run like that, and pretty well, except for FFAP and TA).
Is this cool, or is it like building a meth lab in a hotel room = someone is going to ask you to leave or get authorities on you, if you don't blow yourself up first.
Total noobian in all of these, but have the cash to do it now... I will be conservative in using the tools for a while until I get my feet wet, and trying to be sorta grey hat going forward...though maybe I am fooling myself there...
Which host would be good? I've heard volumedrive is good... who will let me run wild? What sort of set up might be good? (A host that can go from dual to quad core - is that possible?)
Do I need a bunch of IP's, or will the proxie's I plan on buying help with this? Can i run the same proxie list I buy with the tools that support them, or does, say, xrumer need dif proxies than SB?
Lastly, yes flaming noobie on this stuff, I've got an itty bitty connection where I live - 1.5mbs (on the coast, all I can get, highest package tehy got)- I'm thinking that by controlling my server remotely (OSx with Cord) that has like a 100mbs speed that I will essentially be using a 100mbs connection for all these tools, as I'm only sort of viewing the system. Is this right? Will my little noodle of a connection be a factor in running these programs? Seems like it shouldn't since all I need is to be albe to view the screen of the server...this question sorta spawned the dedi idea > so I can atleast control a machine with crazy bandwidth...
I am hoping I can export my DB's and settings and what not for all of these and rock it and if I get booted, then easily reset up all my tools on a new dedi and import all of my settings and hit it like before I got (hypothetically) booted from my host.
Any help much appreciated - like, a lot! In fact if you just blow it up with killer info let's talk custom landing page, which is basically the only thing of value I can offer the big dogs on this forum. (Is that allowed Mod, my bad if that's some sort of TOS vio) u will like my work...I'm designer/dev turned SEO turned "I need some fucking tools".
I am not planning on putting any sites on this dedi in case I get shut off - is that a good plan? I run my sites using wpmanagerdx on a diff. server, though that bastard is giving me trouble now...and then my old stuff is all on shared servers around the net...
I've researched and researched and that's the only reason I even know how to formulate this question, but this is sorta my wall at the moment. I know it's a lot to ask, tons of shit here...
