Yeah - I really don't want to discuss things people do that are going to put your account at risk .. they can discuss those things in another thread.
Email Marketing : No Idea Not Something I Do - you will have to research it yourself.
Also alot of technical questions : I don't want to answer those - especially in regards to Keywords -- Use something that makes sense - test it - see what traffic you actually get and how much in earnings - then adjust as need be .. I have a refined system of how I do this - make your own and make your sites unique -- if everyone does the exact same thing - how successful do you think you will be ?

From what I read, they disallow url shortener who uses frame, such as ad.fly or even a simple html with frame. The amazon url has to be on the address bar.
There's no way to leave an Amazon affiliate link naked in Twitter. Do you say that's an exception?

Stop trying to intimidate people -- if you want to discuss it further please do it outside this thread.
If you try to Cookie Stuff / Or Hide how Your Sending Traffic or Redirect People then that's on you -- Amazon Affiliate Program is one of the best choices there is - Stop Making it seem like they are the enemy.
Amazon Total Sales were in 2010 : 34 Billion 2011 : 48 Billion 2012 : 60 Billion .... so for you to imply they have a secret Agenda is not right.

I think he was more concerned with the thread hijack, however, as you rightly say people do need to know this information, especially when you are correct! Shortners will eventually get you banned from Amazon when you start to make an impact and your earnings get into the higher figures.
However, you made your point and the OP has requested that you continue this very valid information in your own thread, which I for one would welcome as it is warranted as an entire thread in itself.
The OP has done a good job of informing people on how to earn, why not do an equally good job now of showing them how to avoid penalty and bans? You both have good information to share, that's what we're here for.
Not attacking or siding with anybody, just saying that you both have good things to share and that using somebody else's thread when they have requested not to isn't worth the argument start your own and link it into the thread for everybody to read and follow.

This Thread is Not Made for Building 100's of Blogger Blogs - Spamming Your Links With Various Methods - and then when it gets close to payment day being told your banned.
It would be way better and more informative if you took this up in another Separate thread... and anyone who was interested in that.... could speak with you easily.

My current best earner targets buyers and so I've had days with <10 visits and got a sale. I don't get many visits but most of my visitors usually buy. Its a fairly new site I setup less than a month ago, only rank #6 for main kw. My highest day has been 12 visitors and I've had 5 sales so far.
Other sites get much more traffic but no sales most days.
I guess its like Danny said - Some sites just don't work no matter what you do.

I prefer to measure visits to sales too, that way I can measure and cost estimate any paid promotions I undertake.

I guess its like Danny said - Some sites just don't work no matter what you do.
Until you get more sites, and the hang of it though, i always think that if your getting 100% return on your money a year. (probably closer to a month) Then you can't go wrong.
Keep at it! another 100 sites like that and you'll be doing well
(WHHHHHHAAATTTT!!! 100 sites!! AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR DAT!!!!))
The smaller the searches the more need to be Number 1 - if you can't rank No. 1 for the term don't bother ... Big Sites get Positions by Default - they aren't actually targeting most of the terms - so with good content and laser focus you can outrank most ...
however .. there's a cost to it - in money and time --> so make sure it's worth it. (by picking $100+ Items)
I'm glad to see someone noticed my post earlier - that no matter how perfect you think something maybe - sometimes Sites Fail for one reason or another -- Best thing to do is move on and Find something that does work - figure out what makes it successful and try to scale those factors.
Lots of various PM's asking for things - again I don't offer services and I don't provide 1/1 advice/trouble shooting --> I'll look at your Site if you like and give you some quick thoughts - but that's it .. I prefer to keep everything in the thread - so everyone can see what's going on.
All I ask is we keep this thread on topic and helpful - thank you.
