After thinking about the questions I was asked yesterday and such - and re-reading my replies ... I kind of stand by what I said about my business.

I think its unreasonable for you to expect me to just hand you my whole business on a platter ... I've given you all the things you need and how to work on your own .. I don't need to jeopardize my 3k a month - by placing the exact criteria for others to just go and run right over me.

If you were in my shoes would you give $36,000 a year - away for free /? .. and this year I expect I'm going to move up to $45-$50,000.

The answer therefore is - try what I have suggested - if you can make it work great -- > if you can't then maybe its not for you... and I'm sure it won't be for everyone because it does take work and patience to put it all together.

My question:
I am doing some research and I found out some products can reseller. It could give me at least 14% after total fee, the point here is I am NOT US-citizen. is it possible for me to sell those products on Amazon. I am thinking about some problem like return and the payment issue, could you give me some idea to get it out?

Once again great stuff danny! Out of my 3 sites running, one of them finally made a sale today!! Granted, its a high priced electronic item, but its still something to cover domain costs or something.

I was very psyched when i saw it this morning. the three sites have anywhere from 5 to 10 visitors a day, pretty low bounce rate, 3 articles and 3 to 4 reviews. I registered a few domains last week but I think before I start those i'm going to add more content to the other 3 sites first.

First of all thanks to everyone who has been posting and sharing their strategies. I've been experimenting with affiliate websites over the past year, and I must admit I wasn't receiving many orders for a long time despite all the time I was putting in.

In January I decided to try a new strategy. Essentially create an authority site with a somewhat broad domain name (with a topic that interests me), and create posts/reviews/categories/tags based on long tail keywords. Recently more of my tags, posts, and pages have come up on page 1 and 2 leading to more sales. All together I have 4 sites, one growing authority site, 2 EMD's that don't generate many sales, and 1 electronic accessory site that generates sales based on direct traffic from craigslist. Unfortunately my 2 money making sites focus on electronics, so I'm capped at 4%. Last month I generated $60 in commission, this month I will receive around $110. I know it's not much but I know I can definitely improve upon this learning from past experience. Here is a month to date picture for March:

But, can you recommend me a wordpress plugin to use? I was looking at some plugins on codecanyon.net, since they look sleek and easy. I just wanted to know, if you use any wordpress plugins for the amazon affiliate, and if so what?
I have heard some bad stuff about free plugins.

Also, I got into a medium-lower niche that is exploding at the moment. I am pretty nooby with themes, so what could you recommend is an easy themes. I saw you were talking about magazine themes, but those seem a little bit much for me. I just got into a niche where the first page needs to explain what the product is, do product reviews on it, then have a sales page.
Do you recommend I do the reviews, and sales both on one site also? Or put the reviews on a niche.wordpress.com, and link the sales towards my site niche.com site?

Also, I signed up for amazon affiliate for another domain. I have another domain I just bought now, do I have to add it to my amazon account somehow?

Now I want to put my amazon affiliate on niche.com. Do I have to do anything special, or make a new tracking ID?

you don't have to do any thing you could use your affiliate account for ultimate number of domains provided you follow the TOS of amazon no need of seperate tracker id , if you want to check which site performs most then you need to separate tracker id

Pick any template you think works mine are suggestions based on providing users with an easy way to access content on your site.

Plug Ins are a dime a dozen if you see one you like that looks good then get it.

ID's are for tracking purposes - use 1 3 5 10 however you like to keep control of your site - and to see what's working and what's not -- so you sign up with one domain then your off to the races.

I know the quality of the traffic sucks but it does help to keep things moving along

I'd suggest grabbing Kojak's free AMF Bot - as it is working at the moment.

Load up some sites and social stuff and let it grab some points for you.

I am going to start making my site more "commercial" because after checking analytics I see mtd I have around 1300 visits all of a sudden, so what that means of TOTAL traffic I get I am converting around 2% of that into sales (31 sales mtd) the site I work on for my full time gig gets no less than 5-6% conversions from visits but then we sell directly on our site so there is no going elsewhere but I am hoping to make it to 4% at least and see how that goes. I dont know how long it will take but I am going to focus more on product reviews and perhaps pick up a non amazon affiliate with a higher payout and see if I can supplement some sales that way too.

Again, this is more of a test/hobby thing for me so I would not expect a very fast report unless somehow I am inspired to really bust my hump but I will get around to it eventually.

The thing I like about this thread is ... There is no BS .. No promises of a secret that no one knows .. No magic software that you have to buy ... It's more along the lines of building something legitimate and educating yourself in a way to make money.

No Magic , No BS .. Do some old fashioned hard work .. Be a little patient and stick with it and you can make money just like you see in hundreds of other threads posted here on BHW.

There is absolutely nothing stopping you from doing this except yourself.

Am asking this because I am about to lunch 10 sites targeting amazon niches and as I tested before the 3 word domain name "keyword" are harder to rank, need alot of SEO work. And start to think to use longer words , ex bestwirelessrouterstobuy.c0m .

Personal preference is the latter option (2-3 word phrases). Target the long tails in your articles.

Longer tail keywords can be ranked more easily because they are more likely to have less competition (and less searches). EMD's can still work, but their weighting has been reduced by G recently. If it's a good niche, think about whether your site can be brand, so I'd go for a shorter, memorable name.

I've been ranking my sites fairly well and getting some nice money from them, but I'm looking to rank in the top 5 instead of 5-10. I understand tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 links but am too busy building out more sites to do SEO. So far all I've been doing is commenting on big websites related to my niches.

Can anyone recommend where to buy tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 links? I don't want to buy some crappy fiverr gig that hurts my rankings.

I've heard good things about the below fiverr gig but am reluctant of what to order and the different keywords to provide.
