The target of Facebook ads for apps

Looking into buying app installs from facebook....is it good?

I know before i buy likes and things from facebook and lots of people from vietnam and thailand etc...not many from us or uk. what you think?

whats would be a good strategy for facebook ad if i have the following:
facebook page with 500 follower
youtube video for app (with direct link to app in info)
website for the app
app link on app store
