Account hacked with very advance technique. Just start fresh and check out how they got your cookies so you can take action and it doesn't happen next time.

I did experienced something similar, my mom account was linked or connected to another facebook account, really don't know why or how, after checking everything, logs, change password and take any security step needed that second account did not how again, but was really weird and my mom notice it by accident because someone told her about a post she made on a group but she never did it, so maybe hacked or clicked in something she shouldn't and that happen to you too at the end couldn't find if the account was really hacked or no but someone were making post from my mom account.

I have been using Facebook since 2009, I started running ad campaigns there in 2013.
Yes, it's been 10 years without any problems with my accounts. I spent a lot of money in advertising, I made a lot of sales too, a large percentage of my success is due to Facebook and Instagram.
So until November of last year, Facebook just got some weird glitch and wiped out everything I'd built over 10 years. Over 10 pages, several groups, 2 business managers, 3 ad accounts, 3 pixels as well as my personal profile full of contacts with friends and a bunch of memories over the years.
One night I just got a few notifications and emails for a copyright infringing post (see attached picture).
I have never seen this page and I did not make this post, also in business managers I had no other pages attached besides mine, I immediately checked the devices logged into my account and there was nothing foreign.
Then one of my ads account was blocked. After 2 days on my personal account I received some kind of security survey, I filled out the questions and after 5-6 hours my personal account along with the second business manager were blocked. I just lost access to everything.
The strangest thing is that after they restricted my access, some of my pages were still active, the ad campaigns also continued to work until I blocked my credit cards.
Now when I log in the account I only see this and can't access anything (see the second attached photo)
For several months I tried to contact Facebook support but without any success.
I have already bought 2 other ad accounts, but if I can get the old ones back I will be more than happy. (or at least my personal account)
Has anyone had a similar problem to share if there is a solution?

I can hep you to retrieve you ad account, go here. Click getting started and choose "Someone else gained access to my account". They will start ask you some automatic questions, choose your answers. After all that they might need a copy of your face, your government-issued ID, etc...just provide FB the documents they need and make sure don't make them blurry.
After a few days you may recover your Facebook account. And your personal ad account should be still ono your account, and alive (if you are lucky). Go to the ad account's setting to see if there is any strange admin access, remove them all. Finally, check your ad account's password and security to make sure there is no strange email or phone number connected to your account. Clear all saved trusted device, turn on 2FA.
If your personal ad account is restricted, don't panic, contact support, when you retrieved your Facebook account before, you should have an email from FB stating that your account is indeed hacked and they recover it for you, take a screenshot of that and give it to the support, "Here's the proof that my ad account has been used without my authorization. Please help me". They will help you unban the ad account because it is a strong and believable reason.
Hope you can recover your account and personal ad account soon. Good luck.

I can still log into my account, but when I do I can't access anything.
When I go through these steps and open the link: facebook.com/hacked
This message appears again:
The problem is that I never received any email from them.
This is probably some kind of glitch, I'm not sure how to get them to complete this review.

It's possible that your profile and advertising account have been taken over by hackers, and your profile has been restricted. Yes, I already did that. I'm already using several new ad accounts. The problem is that the new ones get banned much more easily or we get to the part with the verification, which I can't pass because I use purchased accounts with fake data and virtual credit cards. If I use my bank cards and company info, I get banned again because it is linked to my previous profile. Maybe it's time to try an ads agency.

I think, you should use an agency account, they have old ad accounts with very strong old spending history to avoid maximum bans and they will set everything up for you very quickly and safely.

As said, contact the Facebook customer support and ask for the help. They might help you.

Everything seems irretrievable. I think you should lock your card to prevent them from spending your money

Your account has been taken over by a hacker, the best way is to block your credit card and contact Facebook support and ask for help.

I think in this case FB support team won't help, try to find some IT guys who can maybe take it back for you. Can't think of anything than that.
