This is the 3rd time I'm trying to respond to a thread in the programming/scripting forum, and the spam filter prevents me from posting. I've sent you an email with an example, but never got an response. Now I'm trying to help a guy out, and again the same thing.

So what is so spamy about my post?

[EXAMPLE REMOVED BECAUSE SPAM FILTER DOESN'T LET ME POST IT]
Here are both of the posts, as I can't post them here: pastebin.com/raw/DZHR4C1M

I mean the forum is so active and there are so many moderators, why even have such a filter applied to tech sub-forums like programming or scripting? The filter is so unreliable, that more information/posts get lost this way. All I'm trying to do is help a guy out and this is the 3rd time I'm not able to provide an answer from the 17 times I've posted. I imagine I'm not the only one facing this problem and a lot of posts have been lost because of this, unless my writing style is 'spammy'. Seems a bit overkill to me.

Am I hitting it because I have low post count or will it be like this constantly?

Go ahead and post your response (just some generic content that won't cause an issue) and tag me like this @BassTrackerBoats and I'll edit your post for you.

After a while the filters will dial back as the system sees you are not a spammer.

Super conservative spam filter mainly applies to the newest of members, some of the time -- doesn't seem like an issue.

I have never had a problem with it. As @BassTrackerBoats said, the filters loosen up later on.

@BassTrackerBoats I posted one response with a link to pastebin, unfortunately I cannot find the original post for my second response anymore. If I'll find it, I will tag you and post a pastebin link with the content as well. Thank you!

Hopefully the filter will be less aggressive towards me in the future, thank you guys for the quick responses. Take care!
