Destroyed. New blog started is about 7 months old. I have 159 articles now, I hired writers on upwork but realised they were just using Jasper, I hadn't been following on here so didn't know AI was that big of a thing.
Out of those 159 articles, I rewrote and improved about 100 of them myself, but 59 defintiely would need more work. I wasn't affected by the HCU.
With this one I've gone from 36 KW in top 3 to 18, looks like my daily traffic is down around 50%. I was getting 70% of my traffic from just one article, and 2 KW's for it I track have gone from 1 to 2.
My highest daily traffic was Tues Aug 30th and there was a slow steady decline since then, which had me a little concerned, and then as I say destroyed since yesterday Sept 13th.
Weirdly adsense is still doing well. I only put it on about 2 weeks ago. €16.86 per 1000 users on Sunday, and it's looking good so far today even with 50% traffic.
It sucks. But all I can do is try and continue as normal and hope it rebounds, it's still a very young site.
Also I noticed I got blasted with links from malware/scam sites about 1 week ago, so I think I will disavow those to be on the safe side.
