THE SANDBOX WILL GET YOU...or not?

So, i have started a journey, and i promise that after this thread i’ll get back to work ahaah

But i had did question in my mind, it’s no that super important and really it’s only benefitting me so...but still i’m really curious about it.

Does the Sandbox really exist?
For those that don’t the the sandbox is like a “testing ground” where Google puts your website in the first 6 months before actually ranking it, or stuff like that.

Now, i have started a journey in December 2019, the site not even finished but maybe 30% if not less went live like 1 month or so ago.

If i search my site for it’s name, it already ranks first. I have 2 informative keywords ranking in the first page and several money keywords in the 3-4-5 pages.

I reapeat, i only have 5 articles on the website.
It’s far from finished. I don’t have ANY backlink at all, and i’m ranking already?

My questions is: does this Sandbox really exist? If it exist, it exists only in the USA?(cause i’m in Italy) Or it’s just a seo-legend?

I have read many articles before, especially one where they interviewed different CEOs, and more than you can imagine were “admitting” there was a Sandbox. What do you think about it?

Was the domain new or expired? And there are definitely different rules for other countries

The domain on my AMZ website was never used before and Google indexed it fairly quickly. (I had the first two sales in the first month)

Maybe we're just lucky.

Maybe it’s only because there’s less competition overall outside the USA?

I haven't been posting since December on it but I get more sales than ever, lol.

I'm targeting USA.

Have you tried an ahrefs report? That will tell you which keywords you are ranking for (unless you are using google products.)

I recommended you always buy deleted or expire domain because if you buy new domain and then index in google so google will keep in the sandbox at least 3 to 6 months does not matter how many articles did you post or how many backlinks did you make google always prefer old domain to the ranking factors.

Actually that wasn’t the question of my thread adhahaah i asked what are your opinions about the so called “Google Sandbox”, do you think it exist?

Mmmmm but, if i’m “sandboxed” i shouldn’t rank at all right?

LOL aahaahahah That’s a problem when the niche is too boring ahahah fortunately i chose a niche that when i was a little kid i want to be a professional in it. So i really enjoy it.

But why a writer? You could just translate content from foreign website in the same niche and rewrite it a bit to make it readable and you’re done! At least this is what i do.

Yes it exists, for all regions (we are talking about medium difficulty KW's). However, if you build consistent quality links, you can easily get through it in a month. I find this for both expired and new domains. Makes no difference.

It even exists for established sites (4 years+) where I create a new money article and it takes a couple of months to gradually rank. However, if I create an article for an easy KW, it can rank in a couple of days. So this tells me that anything remotely challenging takes time to settle with Google. Again, consistent, quality links can speed all of this up.

But, in the end you say “it takes a coulpe of months to gradually rank” with “rank” you mean in the first positions? Or you mean appearing in the search results? Cause if i got it right, if you’re in the sandbox you’re not moving at all right?

By rank, I mean top 10. I would expect any KW's to be in the top 100 within a month, just with my basic site creation strategy, top 10 if I build consistent quality links (up to medium difficulty).

The fact you are ranking for easy KW's is a good sign. It means that Google likes your site and it bodes well for your money pages in the future. This is literally the 1st thing I look for when building a site out. If it ranks for easy KW's, it means it is good to go for the real ones!

No, there is no Google sandbox, Google's John confirmed it.

With new websites, the thing you usually see is just rank transition patent. And even with that, there are ways to both skip the transition and dramatically reduce the delays.
