Depends if you're buying a pbn link or a domain. If it's a link, the seller will probably just ask you for your link and anchor text, and will put it up on his pbn site with a spun article, then send you a link to his site so you can see it.
If you're buying an expired domain, they will just give you the url to a domain they found or bought which you then register and host on your own. So far most of the domains I bought there have been garbage. There is no customer support system at all, and sometimes their refund process doesn't even work. One time it said the seller gave me a refund, but it didn't go through in paypal. There are scammers on there and no one to remove them from the site. Pay attention to the negative reviews.
