It is normal, I saw 1k fl channel got 1m views video.
Completely random.

i think the conversation from viewer to follower depends on how your video attract viewer to let them take an action

If your vids are getting lots of views but not many follows, it means people are watching but not really vibing enough to hit follow.

Encourage people to follow you by putting a strong CTA in the end of your videos.

If you get comments, engage with them and encourage them to follow for more.

Honestly, that doesn't sound too out of the ordinary. I've seen accounts have follows along those numbers for that watch count. That said, try to engage with your audience a lot more, should change overtime.
