most of the browsers don't come with ad-blocker.
most of them are not open source.
most of them have things that you wont use and lack others that you will.
there is no decent browser that have a configuration file.

That is relative and subjective to individual expectations and usage. In the internet world, everything is monetized, including browsers, so based on our individual expectations and usage, perhaps no browser is perfect, nor will ever be perfect.
 
It takes time to create something good. And still there are flaws

there is no reason why we cant have a browser thats highly customizable to the point everyone is going to like a version of it.

Firefox and chrome engines were made by big companies. Firefox runs on open-source and donations.
Masses don't need what you describe. It would be too complicated.
On the other hand, it creates a field for manipulation for Google and Mozilla.

However, it's still open source, so you can look up the code and do whatever you want with it according to license.

I switched to Microsoft Edge with an ad blocker extension and it's been a breezy experience so far. It was refreshing to be able to finally dump Chrome for good, without compromising on browsing speed.

Opera have adblocker, its open source and support all the extensions you have on chrome. What else you need?

Yeah it's a bitch. But Firefox is pretty awesome as far as that's concerned. It used to be better back before they killed all the old extensions, but still good.

I just started playing with Palemoon yesterday, it's pretty decent also. But that's just like a Firefox fork.

I'm a Firefox person for sure.

it is going to be as simple as any other browser you are just going to have less bloat and more options for advanced users.
the problem is that no one have created a 9/10 browser or a fork of a browser yet.

1- privacy
2- the ability to remove the vpn extension
3- configuration file
 
I never really cared about those ad blockers just gotta learn to deal with it

palemoon is a good one it just need a better start page and a configuration file to be absolutely perfect.

I use brave its the best browser in my opinion but still not perfect.
it doesn't have a configuration file and it have new and unique technology (which I use) that some people wont want in their browser.
 
When you want something done right you have to do it yourself. Go grab a copy of chromium and start stripping it and adding to it :P

with ad blockers your browser is going to load pages 2 or 3 times faster and you are going to have better security since ads might be a security risk.
