Firefox and chrome engines were made by big companies. Firefox runs on open-source and donations.
Masses don't need what you describe. It would be too complicated.
On the other hand, it creates a field for manipulation for Google and Mozilla.

However, it's still open source, so you can look up the code and do whatever you want with it according to license.

I switched to Microsoft Edge with an ad blocker extension and it's been a breezy experience so far. It was refreshing to be able to finally dump Chrome for good, without compromising on browsing speed.

Opera have adblocker, its open source and support all the extensions you have on chrome. What else you need?

I just started playing with Palemoon yesterday, it's pretty decent also. But that's just like a Firefox fork.

I use brave its the best browser in my opinion but still not perfect.
it doesn't have a configuration file and it have new and unique technology (which I use) that some people wont want in their browser.

When you want something done right you have to do it yourself. Go grab a copy of chromium and start stripping it and adding to it

with ad blockers your browser is going to load pages 2 or 3 times faster and you are going to have better security since ads might be a security risk.
