lol,

no i don't want to lower someone's PR, that would be such a mean and unethical thing to do.

... Why would you want that? You can just take the site down. That should hurt the rankings.

htaccess Google out, add an autoblog to your site of pure niche unrelated garbage (must be in separate folder - same domain though) do follow all comments on this blog and submit it to us and slap backlinks to some really crappy spam to you (viagra, dirty words) backlink hard, and you'll slump, trust me. lol. set it up and give us the domain. I'm sure we can punish you. I'll bring the ZangoCash, you're domain will get red flagged in a minute!!!

hmmm, cool, ok how about punishing the website without ftp access? lol
i wish to punish my website ie. pr, get flagged or banned

Why don't you have ftp access if the site is yours?

Seems like a very transparent attempt to get info on how to take down a competitor.

lol, it does sound like that i know. i'm trying to think outside the box. hurting a competitors site is unethical.

found something interesting...

The speed of appearance of backlinks signals spam. It is supposed that the pages of a given type attract the links according to a given speed. So when too much backlinks appear, that implies an exchange or purchase of links, or pages of free inscription (such as directories) and that is spam.

do we seem idiots to you ? it's insulting to us when you say it like this.
of course you wanna take down a competitor, other wise you would just take down your site or add a robots.txt to disallow google .

just admit that you wanna take down a competitor ,there is no need to hide it ,

i'm not trying to insult anybody, sorry.

dude, if i were to say that i want to take a competitors site down, i would be implicating myself. have i ever wanted to take a site down ie. racist, hate website? yes i admit it:)

but thats not the issue.

i wish to explore the ways of hurting pagerank without discussing motives

Something really weird about this whole discussion...

Just admit you're trying to hurt their website.

If you actually own the site and it's a blog you could change the permalink structure and make no 401 so that the pages getting links will all have different addresses.
