Just chill and try not to care soo deep. Everyone struggles with their ego and everyone's ego arround. People are very similar to IM. Sometimes, you find a method, you maxx it out and then you find it can't offer you what you've been missing anymore. So you go on to the next ) It's hard to find an everlasting method, same is with people. So actually it is fine.
I for instance also enjoy reading, and i never recall abusing any person i've been in a relationship with. Had quite many and it's not a good or a bad thing, just time and demand&supply i guess.
