Yes, they can! I guess the same can everybody here say about me. Men or women, it doesn´t matter. But I didn´t see any women act like that here.

Just chill and try not to care soo deep. Everyone struggles with their ego and everyone's ego arround. People are very similar to IM. Sometimes, you find a method, you maxx it out and then you find it can't offer you what you've been missing anymore. So you go on to the next ) It's hard to find an everlasting method, same is with people. So actually it is fine.
I for instance also enjoy reading, and i never recall abusing any person i've been in a relationship with. Had quite many and it's not a good or a bad thing, just time and demand&supply i guess.
