Who else uses Bing or have used it in the past? Is this what it does?

For me yes, it's exactly why I stopped using it.

seems ok for me. This still doesn't mean that I'll use bing, it's just that they've improved over the years

You should know the meme is figurative. If you use Bing very frequently you would understand. I did use Bing for a long period.

90% of the time Bing has no idea what I want from it.
To get what I want, I need to search as I used to search in the early 00s.
