The fox broke my BHW :(

Recently, I started using the Mozilla Firefox browser, so far loving it BUT for some reason, my beloved BHW forum started lagging.

It shows up in every little detail like profile pictures are loading with a small 1-sec delay, displaying meta text instead. Opening notification center, the mouse cursor sometimes does not respond to the link (you know when the pointing finger does not appear). It is little things like that.

I even installed the browser Defraggler from the recent post here, still no results. I can't say it is the hardware problem, because I'm using a quite capable machine with a 6 core processor and 2k series video card.

The thing is, that this problem occurs only here on the forum. Do you know what may cause it? Because I don't want to spread the browsing experience across different browsers.

That's the point I am quite happy with my MF setup, I don't want to switch the browser again, especially to Internet Explorer.

I started a thread hoping that there might be another solution to this problem. Idk, maybe tweak something in the settings that conflict with the forum config...

Sounds like something is interfering with the forum. First, try another device and if all is well, try another web browser on the device with issues.
After that, you can isolate the issue. Firefox works fine for me, so try disabling all extensions, adblockers and see if that works. Incognito/private window is a good way to test it out too. It's definitely something local to you though.
