wow I am having the worst luck with outsourcing articles. either these people don't have pay*pal, can't write up to par with a 6th grader, or they if they do have paypal live in some weird country. Right now I have two guys that are actually better than any of the Indian writers I have used, but one lives in Uganda and the other Nigeria.
They claim to have pay*pal and what not...but I am concerned about sending them money that way. Has anyone actually sent money to either of these countries or know a little about the possible account ramifications if i were to send these guys money?
I have put a lot of hard work into building up my pay*pal account and use their debit card service as well, so I cannot afford to get my account put on HOLD or something stupid for sending these guys 5 bucks. Just wonder if anyone had any insight? Or if anyone had some good writers/rewriters that they are willing to share with me that would be even BETTER.

Just got my account flagged and all the articles I submitted were also declined. I'm just gonna take most of them and throw them up on my Adsense site, then the others I'll just sell them at my usual place.
Well AC, was good while it lasted, but now it's now time I focus on other areas that I've been earning from.

That's the message I got, that my account was flagged for possible spam and that I need to fax in a completed K9 form before I can continue.
I can't even figure out how I was spamming when I never sent them duplicate content. I can only say it's possible that it was because I was submitting articles on a variety of subject or something else. But it's whatever for me right now, because I have other ways of making money from articles.

Whenever they ask me to cite sources I just google 1 or 2 on-topic URL's and include them at the bottom of the article and resubmit. I've yet to have a problem with this method.
