I agree..due to country limitations..this isn't applicable for us all.. nice way to earn a decent money though..

Aah, forgot to check it, but if that article on Ezine, is there any chance AC publish that too ? Who is that "asshole" guy ?

ah, LOL, just forget that flawed testicle, he never know what is the meaning of "patient". LOL

I will try it again, Kristi (about Triond). :D

A question for those who have writers they outsource to... How do you pay them, weekly, or right after they return the articles they rewrote? And do you source the articles you want them to rewrite, or you just tell them the subjects you need articles about, then have them go an article directory to find them and rewrite them?

I'm asking because I find it too time consuming searching for the right articles, then reading them in order to picking the most suitable ones for my article flipping biz. And I see a way to make more money if I shift to paying writers weekly, rather than right after I get back the work I assigned to them.

I want to hear from Kristi and others how they manage their outsourcing?

I paid my writer once in the next month. By doing that, I can milk money first, spare some to pay the writer, and take the rest.

I usually ask them to write new article, and check it using dupefree and duplichecker.com, if I found something strange, I ask them to rework it.

But, the writer is more and more lazy now. LOL

That's the part I'm always afraid of, giving them too much freedom to work at their own intuitive, then they try to screw you over.

I'm currently working with two writers, one has a full time job and writes for me part time... which she can only do a limited amount but very high quality.

The other is a freelance writer who always has many other assignments, so he only does a limited amount per week for me. I always pay them right after they return the work to me.

But that immediate payment policy of mine kinda limit's me... I could be flipping more articles with that cash, then when pay day comes around I have more than enough to pay them.

@ Ken

If you want to focus on AC, the finance, business, health, and technology topic is the best in my eyes. Keep your writer to write that kind of topic, with high quality, you will get a high upfront payment. Try that. :)

Hi Ken

For outsourcing I go on Scriptlance and I put a bid out for say 20 articles for $1 each and I say (lowest bid will win). Plus I set my time for 1-2 days, I find that this makes people do a mad rush, so I get a whole bunch of people to choose from. My choices regarding choosing people with and without reviews, varies. I find 3 people that had zero reviews and they are really good writers. I usually figure out what type of articles I want beforehand so when I write the ad I can get the right people. So i do something like:

Looking for 20 articles at $1 a piece, lowest bid will win. I need 20 articles on the following subject:

Subject1
Subject2
Subject3
etc

Each article SHOULD be 400+ words, and should pass through copyscape (I will check). I need these articles in X amount of days. Also, you should notice that I will NOT do escrow and YOU will get paid after the article is done.

Then I go ahead and pick the lowest bid or the person(s) that have the lowest bids Ill talk to them and make sure they aren't complete morons and can actually type out a complete paragraph! Then I pick who is the most competent. When they win they are then under the understanding that I wont pay until they do the articles, that way there is no mix up and they wont get pissed off when you don't pay them upfront for the articles. They only get paid for the work they did, that's that.

Thus far I haven't had any problems with people writing for me and it NOT passing through copyscape, even if you don't actually put the article through, the actual threat of saying you will, usually keeps people from copying articles word for word from other content. And then when they are completely done with the project I pay them the $20 and.. voila done.

Of course writing this out and having you read it, makes it sound like a long tiresome process but its really not. Just by taking a few (careful) steps you can get these people to write articles for you that you will RARELY have to run through any spell check / grammar programs (unless they really are dummies or are from another country like UK and add extra letters to words lol). Its quick, painless and best of all its cheap. Of course you can go to Elance or GetAFreelancer or wherever you want to go but I always liked SL the best and they are the ONLY place I haven't had problems, although the $5 fee does kill you sometimes because you get charged for it EVERYTIME you put a project out.

I had my last guy who is a Brit do everything perfectly and I asked for VERY exact information's. Like okay I want you to do 20 articles altogether. Do 5 on art, 5 on games, 2 on this 2 on that, etc etc. Don't worry about keywords. Essentially when your doing articles for AC its not the same as me doing articles for you guys. YOU guys care about in article optimization. But for AC? The point is to get the articles UP and published as soon as possible for upfront payments and or CPM.

I had a guy do 5 testicles on video game reviews. He got stuck on #5 so I told him go to Gamespot.com find a review and just re-write it in your own words and it STILL passed through copyscape. So unless you pick a really dumbass you guys should have really good luck with outsourcing and if they are REALLY good and they listen well I even keep them on after that project for other projects because then they are liable to trust you and you them. Its all about zee trust!

Did I answer everything? I'm over detailed.. sorry heh. Oh and to the guy I said I wanted to slap for paying someone .50 cents an article? Your still a douche bag but now I sort of get the cheap paying scale. Still $1 is MORE than 50 cents :p

This was definitely not 50 cent, more 250 bucks load a words about testicles. lol

But let me get one thing clear, you are paying $1 for original articles?

@ AJ, what I'm looking for is not so much for AC, but the other article business I'm doing, but thanks for that info.

Yep.. $1 per article for AC :)

by the way AC just paid me for 2 articles that my Brit wrote for me! $4.50 and $3.98 and I only paid him $2.00 for both... so good profit.

Nice AC earnings Kristi, but you didn't give me a straight answer, do you pay them $1 to rewrite, or for original articles?

Oh it was $1 for original articles

And you were calling some guy a cheap douche. Lol!

By the way Kristi, I speak British English and it's not a whole lot different from American English, except for a few spelling difference like you outlined. But tell the guy just to set his word processor to American English, that's what I do.

I'm surprise that a Brit. is accepting $1 for an original article when the pound values more than the US dollar in his country, I think.

so what ? Do you want to earn more from it ? Go find somewhere else method.

Wow only 2 dollar profit....................................

Anyway, Kristi. From which country is your writer ? Just curious. :)

Well, I'm glad that was dealt with... let's get back to talking about more important stuff.

Just wondering if you guys are still experiencing a delay in the payments/responses from AC still? I would like to start implementing this method but I want to be sure of a good turn-a-round time. I am hoping it wouldn't be more than a week or so regardless.

Ah...interesting. I am going to go the outsourcing method as well, ScriptLance does seem good.

i pity all you fools for being slaves to associated content... the only ones doing it right are the ones outsourcing it..
just my 2 cents, :)
