Well, we only get annoyed here when people keep asking the same questions over and over, the ones that were already covered in the thread. But we all like to hear from people who are getting high payments, because that is inspiring.

I can understand that. I've been lurking for a while. I had to hold back on asking a few questions...ones that I later found in other threads.

But yes, I was pretty happy with the payments from AC. I might have to track down some more old essays, or even throw together some quick new articles.

I just got 6 articles reviewed, got between 3.20 and 3.91 for each. About 20 bucks total. Paid my writer 9 bucks. 11 bucks profit. Not bad for 1 day of articles.

same here alphabeta...PREVIOUSLY i got around 4 Bucks..the highest... now had retired..

lol...

This is random but I just $6.01 for an article. Highest ever. I'm writing them myself because my writer quit so maybe thats why. I still want to outsource again though...

Yeah tell me about it. Totally unexpected. It wasn't really an obscure or small niche that AC didn't have much of either. But hey, I'm not complaining lol.

The key, i think, is finding hard to find material that isn't as common. Stick to how-to's and tips, those articles get good pay. Also, think about your life and what you hear people complaining/talking about. For instance, i heard some people at school b*tching about the cold weather, so i did a men's coat fashion tips. Personally, i'm not a fashion nancy, i wear what i want. My writer though is a chick and she wrote 500 some words when she usually writes about 400-450. Got around 3.30 for it. Don't do articles like best summer activities because it's not summer in the U.S. Don't do super small niches like how to remove hair from your big toe while juggling a ball and eating at the same time. Be relevant to the time of year, trends, and infrequently discussed niches.

Find good ones? How are you guys finding your preferred topics to write about?

The only thing I see is like a list of 10 boring topics they are currently paying for, am I doing something incorrect?

Btw first post, I'm Michael, broke, laid off and need cash.

Thanks in advance

Ezine articles is my favorite. I don't do calls for content because i find i get paid less or they critique me a lot.

I've been getting a steady flow of $3+ since I started writing on obscure topics such as rare health conditions that I don't see anyone on AC writing about, and the new technological product reviews articles are still getting me $4+.

Whenever I'm writing about a subject I usually see how saturated it is at Ac before writing. I only write about popular subjects if I have a different perspective than existing articles at AC on the same subject.

How do you find the ezine articles to make money off of? I can only locate the calls for content on that confusing site

Do you just pick up a hot topic article from those that are freshly published at Ezine? And what level of rewrite do you often do?

I look at hot topics or just go by how long ago they've been published. I usually do some searches to find mine. I'll have to start doing tech reviews. I find a lot by typing in broad keywords like winter or clothes or saving for example.

This is how I should submit my articles from now on right? I do this just to make sure, being new on the site it is sort of hard understanding people sometimes :x

can someone please help? i would like to start submitting some writing tonight and get on track with this, thanks again

It doesn't really matter if you submit them as none-exclusive unless you are going to sell them else where, or mass submit them to many different directories for backlinks purpose for your site.
To avoid duplicate content you still will have to rewrite them in order to use them on your site.
