I am new to BHW, and I have read about half of this gigantic thread, and I was unable to find a clear answer to some doubts I still have.

I live in Europe, so I understand that without the w-9 irs form I can't make more than $600 yearly per acount.

so multiple acounting comes to mind, I also understood that the most practical system for non U.S. residents would be to create several AC accounts and use them until the $600 limit is reached, then extract the money to paypal, and create another accounts.

since they can probably ban you if you use the same paypal account.

would this work.

you have a main paypal account, (one account that you never submit to AC), and for every AC acount that you create, you create another paypal acount, wich means, 10 AC accounts, 10 paypal accounts, each one wich correspondent email and personal info to avoid suspicion, then after the limit is reached in each one of the AC accounts and you extracted the money to the correspondent paypal accounts, you just transfer the money to your real paypal account.

now you must be thinking, why not transfer directly to our personal bank account, because each fake paypal account would have fake id, temporary email, and etc, and they always difficult when you try to transfer the money into a bank, but it's easy as pie to transfer the money between paypal accounts, like (lending money to a paypal friend)

also, for each AC/paypal account use a proxy server from a different country in order to your home ip adress remain amonimous.

would this "system" work?, or is there something that I'm forgetting?

Ugh... this is so annoying. All the "hey i'm outside US.. what to do?" questions have been answered.

I really wish a mod would come in and delete all these posts.

Creating multiple paypal accounts is not a good idea. However, you can add more emails on your main account and use them to create more AC accounts.

correct...you can add up to 7 more different email address into your paypal account.

One question, any tips on content? You said rewriting Ezine articles was good, does it have to be popular to get any money? What about goin to the library and picking up some random informative (e.g. gold mining or some other crap) books?

I heard that you can rewrite articles by using Google translator. Would that speed up the process or not make a difference?

The content does not have to be popular but if you want higher upfront payment, the quality of the article must be good.

I would suggest looking at the calls for action. They usually pay well for this. If there are none that interest you or that you don't think earn well, try typing tips or how to in ezine. I did a recent article on saving money on groceries and got 5 bucks for it. It was ~500 words. I also have a 5 rating because i used to do this for my squidoo lenses back in the day. It seems like they also look at calls for content quicker too. My call for content article took 1 day and the groceries took 3 days. Also, is anyone outsourcing all or most of there work? I just posted some ads, we'll see how many are interested.

Good to hear that you're earning from C4C's. I actually tried to outsource C4C's but it was a failure. I don't have a quick enough writer to do C4C's on time. I thought that my writer will be able to do it because the deadline posted was "4 days left". But after that day, my target C4C's were gone already. Maybe I'll just do it by myself next time if I have time.

Yes, I'm outsourcing them. Submitting 30+ articles per day. Most article writers find you cheap if you let them do articles from scratch and only pay them $1/article. But if you say, you need article rewriters, they'll gladly do it for only $1 a piece. Just download a PLR pack from the downloads area and send them out to them. It will be good as a newly written article as long as it passes Copyscape.

It's littlee bit harder to get unique article but this works perfect

This turkey is done in my opinion. Made a little bit of money, but now AC seems to reject a lot of the stuff wholesale. Your mileage may vary of course.

They also don't seem to favor linking multiple email addresses to the same paypal account. Oh well, their loss. I am not too concerned with paypal anyway, my account is old old school.

i had bad luck with wrters. alot of them have really bad english or they would just copy and paste like i wasnt going to check. for now im doing a few a day myself with different unique content methods. i tried DNS, but it takes too long to go back and edit the pieces after your done

Well you have to logically consider the following:
These people have access to the internet, so in theory someone from India should be able to charge the same amount as someone in America per article.

So why wouldn't they? Because the quality is horrible.

It's funny how everyone on here holds an English degree.

We obviously know, that the articles weren't submitted the one day and verified the same day. I thought the genius would have picked that up? I didn't think it would take 30 + pages to figure that I wasn't trying to deceive. Especially with something based on common knowledge. Right? I can play flip flop also.

Average pay? 2.00-5.89 ... Also, I never received the ten dollar bonus for submitting 5 articles in October.

same here..i never recieve the 10 bucks bonus in octorber..as my articles are not approve..lol..
