I wouldn't use AC anymore. It doesn't ever have high article payouts anymore. Most everything is between $2.40 and $3.20. Also, I hired a guy in India who was pretty good at writing. 7 out of 20 of his articles were rejected. I'm pretty sure that 5 months ago they all would have been accepted. I think AC is accepting fewer articles than before.

Just my thoughts. I don't think it's worth the effort.

They still pay upwards of $6 for general category articles and $10-$20 (usually $15) for AC partner calls. It all depends on how good you are at testing with AC to find out exactly what they're wanting, using proper keyword usage, how "searchable" the keywords and topic is in Google etc. There's a lot of factors that come into play to fully take advantage of AC and make good money with it. Just using any rewritten article isn't going to cut it.
 
Take a look in the AC section here at BHW and you'll find a number of threads showing how to verify accounts for free. You can also buy 1 or more phone verified accounts (PVA's) through sellers there.

Hi guys, I have a problem.. I accidentally got past the $500-$600 with one account and AC asked me for W-9 form (my account got frozen). The thing is I don't live in the US... :(

is there anyway I could get my money? Is it possible to change my name to someone I know who lives in the US?

Please help...

1. If you have American friends/family members, you can ask them to verify your account with their information. Just give them money to pay the taxes.

2. Or You will need to ditch the account and open another one.

There is no way around this.

Sorry to hear that ash214. Yea there's really nothing you can do about it other than start a new account. Next time try leaving the account to collect page view payments at about the $400-$450 mark and start another for submitting for upfront payments.

In my experiences so far, Dragon Naturally speaking is horrible. About every other word I say it is wrong. I say end over and over and it comes out and, I say it as clearly as possible but the stupid thing doesn't put end. I trained it 2 or 3 times over and still no good. Very good idea though. If only Speech to Text programs were better.
 
You have to be patient with it mate, It takes up to a few days worth of use to get trained to your voice. Also what kind of mic are you using...is it a usb mic?
 
You didn't take the time to find out exactly what AC wants from the articles then...period.
My upfront offers are in the range of $4.75-$5.89...that's a lot more than the $2.40 you were getting and that's because I actually put effort into learning what works best with AC. You said you "tried it" but there's a big difference between "trying" something and actually doing what it takes to be successful with it. I personally use a higher profiting method of working AC than using Dragon Naturally as my main AC income, but I do use DNS as well. It's still a great method if you know how to do it RIGHT.

I mean the fact that you can't find success with CL only proves that it's your strategies that are failing...not the methods themselves.

I read here that if i chose US even though i dont live in the US, i will get my payments as long as I dont let it reach the $500 mark..

but i found the below text in their FAQ.. is this their way of combating this?

Yea it still applies mate, let the account reach $450-$500 and then just abandon it as far as collecting upfront payments and let it collect page views for performance payments. You can get a phone verified account from BHW member amar55in for just a few dollars.

At that point you're set

No mate, contact amar55in or black1411 and for a couple bucks they will give you a verified account. You'll get paid just as if you're from the US. At the $400-$500 earning cap you leave that account to just collect page views and have amar55in or black1411 create you another account to replace it with. (or you can use multiple accounts at the same time and make a lot more money)

Do you guys just choose a niche to write an article in, or do you choose something from the "assignment desk?"

Am I only paid from page views, or is there another way?
