Sales thread maintenance
Closure and re-opening requests

Sales thread closure requests
  • Sellers can request the temporary closure of their sales thread up to 3 times yearly.
  • Sellers may also request to close a sales thread permanently.
  • To do so, use the report link under the opening post of your sales thread.

Sales thread re-opening requests

If your sales thread has been closed, the process to reopen it depends on the reason for closure:

  • Closed due to expiration
    • If it's within 7 days after the thread expired, you can navigate to Account Upgrades, scroll down to find the "Extend now" button next to the sales thread, and extend it.
    • If it passes the 7-day grace period, you must resubmit the thread and go through re-testing before you can reopen and extend it.
    • If more than 30 days have passed since the expiry date, you cannot reopen the sales thread. It's considered archived.
  • Closure due to lack of support
    • If your sales thread was closed due to a lack of support or inactivity, Contact Support and request that it be reopened.
  • Closure due to a drop in service quality
  • Closure at your request
    • To reopen a sales thread that was closed at your request, Contact Support.

Reviews removals & customer chargebacks

Feedback/review removal policy
  • You may only request feedback removal if it was not left by a real customer.
  • We do not remove negative reviews for reputation/PR reasons.
  • Each of your customers is entitled to 1 review of your service.
  • You may dispute a negative feedback only within 30 days of its posting date.

Feedback/review removal requests

If you believe a review is from a non-customer (e.g., no valid order ID, purchase date, or invoice number, or the order ID seems fake):
  1. Contact the reviewer via DM and request their order/transaction ID and purchase date.
  2. Wait at least 72 hours for their reply.
    • If they ignore you (seen online but no response) or fail to provide proof, proceed to step 3.
    • ⚠️ Important: Do not file a report before the 72-hour period has passed, or it will be rejected.
  3. Report the feedback post.
    • Navigate to the feedback post and click on the "Report" button.
    • In your report, include a link to your DM conversation with them.
  4. Request outcome
    • A staff member will review your case.
    • If no proof is provided within 72 hours, the review will be deleted, and the user will receive a warning.
    • If proof is provided, the review will remain published.

Customer chargebacks
  • If you delivered the product/service but the customer issued a chargeback, you may open a Dispute against them.

Sales thread ownership transfer

Sellers are allowed to sell their sales thread (if they wish to do so), only under the rules listed below:

Initiate the transfer
  • Current owner must message @Diamond Damien to verify account ownership.
  • Message must include:
    • Usernames of the seller and the buyer.
    • Confirmation that the buyer wants to purchase the service.
    • Transfer details (e.g., partial thread, whole service).
    • Sale price.
    • Desired transfer date.
    • BHW does not allow direct selling or buying of seller accounts. However, BHW permits the sale of a registered business entity that owns an account, provided BHW is notified and approves the ownership change.

Verification
  • Staff will review the provided details for accuracy and legitimacy.

Re-testing requirement
  • The new owner must submit the service for a re-review via this form.
    • Note: No changes to the sales copy are allowed during the re-testing. If the service successfully passes the re-testing phase, you can submit an additional thread edit request.
    • The re-testing fee is $30.
  • If service quality matches the previous owner’s results, no change to review.
  • If quality improves or declines slightly, the review will reflect this change.

Ownership update
  • Thread ownership and details will be updated as agreed.
  • The new owner must accept all existing history (eg reviews), and none will be removed.
  • Staff will note the ownership change in the original review for transparency.

Rules for buyers and viewers
General guidelines

Intro

In this section, we specify what buyers and viewers can and cannot do in the Marketplace. Breaking any of these rules may result in:
  • A reply ban from the sales thread.
  • A formal warning.
  • A ban from the platform (in extreme cases)

Guidelines for buyers

  • Always use a reversible payment method. Never use PayPal Friends & Family or Western Union.
  • Keep copies of all communications with sellers.
  • Search Google for seller details to see if they’ve scammed elsewhere - in other words, do your due diligence before you make a purchase.
  • Review the seller’s other posts/threads to check their conduct and feedback.
  • Get full contact info in case they disappear from the forum.
  • Remember: status, post count, or reputation ≠ scam-proof.
  • BlackHat World does not guarantee that your business with them will not result in a sales dispute.
  • When you purchase a product, we advise you to always DM the seller on the forum. This way, you'd have solid proof in case of a dispute.

Rules for buyers and viewers
Leaving reviews

General rules

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All reviews (positive, negative, neutral) must include:
  • Mandatory requirements
    • Order ID / last 4 digits of transaction ID, and Order Date.
      • Reviews missing this will be deleted, and the reviewer will receive a warning.
      • Staff may also request proof of purchase in case of a dispute, and you must provide it within 72 hours. Failure to do so would result in a review deletion and receiving a warning.
    • Review Content
      • Positive or negative, you're only allowed to post 1 review per sales thread.
      • Reviews must not be misleading, abusive, or contain personal information.
  • Review edit request
    • You are allowed to request an edit of a product review once, within 6 months of the original post date.
      • To do so, report the post with the review and enter the updated review. Staff will review the request and act accordingly.
      • Disclaimer: The original review would be kept for transparency reasons; the new review would be added as an update.

Review format
  • Here's an example of a boilerplate for a review you can:
  • Code:
    [CENTER][SIZE=7][B][COLOR=rgb(255, 0, 0)]Review[/COLOR][/B][/SIZE][/CENTER]

Rules for buyers and viewers
Posting in sales threads

Posting rules
  • You may ask questions in sales threads related to the service/product.
  • Keep your thoughts and questions collected - write one post with all your questions.
  • No accounts created just for bumping/reviews (this results in a ban).
  • Sales threads are not discussion threads, don't ask generic questions.

Posting rules in Hot Deals
  • You may only ask or comment on the coupon in a Hot Deals thread.
  • If you have any questions regarding the service, ask them on the seller's main service thread.

Rules for buyers and viewers
Review copies, trials, and samples

General rules
  • Do not request review copies, samples, or trials unless the seller explicitly mentions that they offer them in the opening post.
    • The seller sets their criteria, respect that.
  • Asking for review copies, trials, or samples with the intention of increasing your post count will result in a warning.

Review copy & compensated reviews disclosure
  • If you request a review copy and a seller provides one, you are obligated to post an honest review within the specified time frame.
    • Note: If the seller did not specify a time frame, the default is 7 days after delivery of the review copy. In case you fail to post a review within the given time frame, you will receive a warning.

  • If you post a review in the sales thread based on a review/discounted copy of the service, you must explicitly state that.
    • Example: "I received XYZ as a review copy - the review below reflects my findings of the delivered service" or "I've received this review copy in exchange for a review"

    • Subscription/License duration
      • Is it a monthly, yearly, or lifetime?

    • Are there any specific measures the buyer can take to prevent account bans?
      • e.g., "Use clean proxies from the UK."

      • e.g., "Instant delivery upon order registration", "delivered within XX hours", etc
  • Instructions
    • Any special instructions provided?
      • e.g., "You will receive a text file with step-by-step instructions on how to use the account to avoid getting banned."

General rules for all account types
  • Prohibitions
    • You cannot include accounts forbidden for sale/rent out, listed in the "Prohibited activities and services" section.
    • You are not allowed to sell any accounts that were compromised, stolen, hacked, etc.
  • Verifications
    • If you use "verified" or "verification" in the sales copy, be specific about what that means
      • e.g., phone verification, email verification, etc.
    • You are only allowed to use your own legal documents.
    • You are not allowed to use fake governmental or fraudulent documents.
    • You cannot use any other person or entity's governmental documents (including, but not limited to, non-profit organizations, your employees/contractors, or extended family).
  • Stats, content, and multiple accounts
    • All selling points must be verifiable (such as age, statistics, content, etc.).
    • If you sell multiple different account types, you must provide us with the top-level package for each (in case of multiple account options)
  • Requirements
    • Once your service passes the pre-checking phase, you'll be asked a series of questions. Your response is absolutely mandatory, and failure to respond will result in the service being rejected.
    • You must provide everything that we might need during the testing of your accounts - this includes, but is not limited to, proxies, recovery accounts, etc.
    • If the service is approved, you cannot request back the accounts that were delivered for this review.
    • Your refund policy must be at least 24 hours from the delivery of the product.

Account selling cap
The following rules apply to the account selling service (not account renting).
  • Base cap
    • All accounts sold in the Marketplace are initially capped at $500.
    • This means every account listed for sale can be priced up to $500, unless the seller meets specific account cap score conditions described below.
  • Account cap score
    • Your cap score is tied to the number of years your sales thread(s) have been active in the Marketplace.
      • It does not matter how many threads you had open at the same time — only the continuous duration counts.
      • e.g., whether you had 1 or 10 active threads over 5 years, your total active period is still 5 years.
    • Under 1 year
      • If your active sales thread(s) have been live for under 1 year, your cap remains $500.
    • Between 1 and 5 years
      • If your active sales thread(s) have been live between 1 and 5 years, your cap increases by $100 per full active year, added to the initial $500 cap.
      • e.g., 4 active years = $500 + (4 × $100) = $900 maximum per account.
    • Between 6 and 10 years
      • If your active sales thread(s) have been live between 6 and 10 years, your cap increases by $300 per full active year, added to the initial $500 cap.
      • e.g., 7 active years = $500 + (7 × $300) = $2,100 maximum per account.
  • Grandfather rule
    • All previously approved account-selling threads remain valid under their original pricing. No changes required.
      • If a grandfathered sales thread is archived (meaning, it cannot be reopened), it loses its grandfathered status.
  • Thread updates
    • If you reach a new cap score (for example, moving from 5 to 6 active years) and wish to include higher-valued accounts that match your updated cap, you may submit a thread edit request.
    • Note: Paid re-testing and thread edit fees still apply as usual.
  • Disclaimer
    • Staff reserves the right to be the sole arbiter of all cap score evaluations.

"Free" accounts rules
  • Clasification
    • "Free" accounts are considered any type of accounts and do not use a payment method during or after the creation.
    • Those accounts are emails, YouTube channels, social media accounts, etc.
    • The origin of the account would need to be shared during the review process.
  • Requirements
    • All of the general requirements listed above might be applicable here.

"Free trial" and credit accounts rules
  • Clasification
    • "Free trial" and/or "credit" accounts are considered all accounts that typically require a credit or debit card at the time of account creation. In some cases, legal document verification might be needed.
  • Requirements
    • The source of the credit or debit card would be required to be shared during the review process.

PPC / Ads accounts rules
  • The general rules for this service type apply to these account types.
  • You must specify what type of usage your accounts support (e.g., black hat or white hat).
