What's a safe amount of times to do this? Only setup a new one when the old one dies or keep repeating it with new wordpress blogs?
Honestly I've rarely ever came across wordpress domain being top ranked with the keyword. Wordpress domain only comes up when someone search keyword+wordpress and never just the keyword. If this wasn't true, are people stupid who spends hundred if not thousand of dollars trying to rank keyword on the .com domain? Nice share OP... will actually try it but 10 USD is a bit too steep for a beginner. Going to Bing to see if any alternate solution exist for redirecting.
How is 10 dollars too much for a beginner?

The only tiny income I have is from Fiverrr which rarely averages around 10 or 5 USD per month. I'm saving up to get into affiliate marketing using niches which requires decent amount of cash and is pure gamble. Either you invest 50 USD to build a decent website and make no sales or you just start a chain reaction.
I have tried this last 2 weeks ago, my wordpress.com blog ranked on page 3 and after few days I redirected it to my MS which is on Page 2 but no movement for me, maybe because I was hit by that "waiting period" and I can't get to page 1 no matter what I do. -_-
how do i rredirect a self hosted blog... i know i should know how but my wife smashed my pc a few months ago and i been out of he loop here.
